How to Define Your Dreams and Take the First ...
We can become trapped in our inner battle because one part of us is still fighting what we want to break free from...
All your actions will flow to where your attention is.
No matter how much we have in our lives to be grateful for, if we believe that life is hard, challenging and unfair, we will naturally want to be prepared for the worst.
We make sure we are ready for every eventuality.
We tell ourselves we must be strong.
We anticipate what could go wrong, protect ourselves from disappointment, and prepare for whatever might come next.
And while preparation can have its place, something important can happen when our attention becomes consumed by what we fear:
We begin to build our lives around the very things we don't want.
At the same time, we forget that we have a choice about where we place our attention.
What if you became the strongest in happiness, luck and joy?
What if you prepared yourself to recognise possibility just as readily as you prepare yourself for difficulty?
The people who experience success don't necessarily achieve it because everything around them is perfect.
They have a vision.
They know what they are moving towards.
And they keep returning their attention to that vision while they work towards it.
Your attention becomes part of the direction you take.
So ask yourself:
Where is my attention today?
Is it constantly scanning for what could go wrong?
Or am I giving equal space to what could go right?
Whether your desire is:
Love.
Freedom.
Success.
Abundance.
Health.
Connection.
Purpose.
Joy.
Can you see it?
Can you feel it?
Can you begin to become familiar with the experience of having it in your life?
You don't have to ignore the challenges.
You don't have to pretend everything is perfect.
You simply have to become conscious of what you repeatedly give your attention to.
Because every moment provides an opportunity of choice.
What you focus on matters.
And sometimes the transformation begins when you stop preparing exclusively for the life you fear - and start giving your attention to the life you actually want to create.
Master Your Beliefs.
Master Your Future.
