Release your past. Reclaim your power.

I know you do not want to hear this, however - your past is only a story. Studies have shown that up to 50% of our memory of the "past story", is false.

We distort and generalize our memory according to our beliefs so we can make sense of why we are experiencing our current emotions. In some cases, we might even experience trauma related to an event purely through our current 'story' we tell ourselves. We repeat it so often it becomes part of our physiology.

Releasing our past 'stories' gives us the opportunity to reclaim and stand in our power. We gift ourselves confidence, love, motivation, dreams, compassion, and peace.

Would you risk losing the hurt to gain love? Perhaps to gain the dream? When will you be tired enough of the old story and start writing a new, empowered story?

Are you ready to choose love, peace, motivation, success, and compassion?

Release your past. Reclaim your power.
