When we start to question our own abilities, whether we are good enough, deserving or worthy, we create self-doubt. 

Once we have created the doubt, it reflects in the actions we take. Procrastination is one of the biggest indicators of our insecurity. Fearing that we will fail, so we rather do nothing. Which is a sure guarantee that you will fail - through your procrastination.

Become aware of your inner conversation. How often do you limit yourself and how often do you boost yourself? Now ask yourself: is the outcome I fear true? Has it materialised yet? What if there was a different possible outcome?
