Congratulations Coach Hanru Sauls!
This morning, Coach Hanru Sauls officially launched his 3rd Innovate Elite Fitness Academy - the "Ultrafit 24 Summer Training Challenge"!
When it comes to training and mentoring our young athletes, Coach Hanru is truly the ‘go-to’ local coach. His incredible dedication, leadership, and passion make us incredibly proud to have him on the Proactive Fitness Hermanus team of fitness professionals.
What to Expect:
These athletes will be put through their paces during their summer holidays under Coach Hanru's expert guidance, but always with a focus on:
• Discipline
• Teamwork
• Fun
Through clear communication and leading by example, Hanru ensures these young athletes develop the skills and values they need to grow into well-rounded, future leaders.
The opening ceremony was graced by the Birkenhead Sea Cadets, led by former South African naval officer Noel Dryer. Noel - one of the fittest men around - perfectly embodies the strength, determination, and role model qualities that Coach Hanru and our fitness community celebrate.
