Exciting Strength Training Upgrades at PROactive Fitness!
We’ve just added the first of two new 3-tier dumbbell storage racks to our free weights area! Not only do they help keep our gear neat and safe - they also look really cool.
We’re working hard to make our training space better for you. Over the next few months, you’ll see more strength upgrades coming your way. Here’s a sneak peek of what’s already been added from the brand-new Nemesis Alpha State strength series:
• Bicep/Tricep Dual Arm Combo
• Lower Back/Ab Crunch Dual Core Combo
• Dumbbell Storage Rack
• 10kg to 50kg Fixed Barbell Set (5kg jumps) with its own rack
• Extra training space in the free weight and ab area
Our awesome floor instructors - Precious, Bea and Hanru - will be guiding members and our PT team on how to safely use the new machines. Once everyone’s up to speed, we’ll remove the safety tape and open them up for use.
We’re excited to slowly roll out these improvements to make sure you get the best and safest training experience possible.
