• Combo Smith/DAP machine - smooth movement + safety hooks (please ask our PTs before using!)
• Seated plate-loaded calf raise machine
• Extra 3-tier dumbbell rack
• 12 new sets of Hex Rubber DBs
• AND we’ve opened up 6m² of floor space by clearing out old gear
