Suzuki Strongman Show 2025
What an incredible day of power, teamwork, and determination at The Suzuki Strongman Show!
Five teams took on the challenge yesterday, with three of them proudly representing Proactive Fitness Hermanus. The crowd brought amazing energy and cheered every massive lift along the way.
In the video below, local strongman legend and event organiser, Johan Kruger, crushed a 170kg Axle Bar Deadlift, earning 1st place in that event. Precious showed unbelievable grip strength, securing 2nd place!
After four gruelling events, David Dayson and Johan Kruger took an impressive third place overall, while Juandre Viviers and Zephan Potgieter claimed the win.
A huge congratulations to everyone who competed and special thanks to Johan for both hosting and lifting in this annual highlight on our fitness calendar.
