PROactive Fitness Weightloss Challenge Result...
Congratulations to our 24 brave Weightloss Challenge entrants who, in just one intense month, lost a combined 120kgs!
Wednesday Classes, 18 March 2020
There is a wide selection of classes for members of all levels of fitness, from beginners through to intermediate and advanced.
Wednesday the 18th of March classes included:
- Kim’s RealRyder Class @ 07:45 am - Had 14 happy clients, several of whom are still drinking coffee in our cafe’ area.
- Shontal’s Class @ 08:00 am - Had 13 happy ladies dancing their socks off.
- Michelle Halford’s Pilates Class @ 09:00 am - Currently has 10 stabilized clients sweating it out and having fun together.
- Adam is currently training 2 brave ladies on the stretch deck outside my office!
