Michelle’s 10 am Group Pilates Class
I proudly and thankfully report live to you that right now there are currently 14 clients in Michelle’s 10 am Group Pilates Class doing what looks to be a deep relaxation and mobility session together.
The average age of these regular students is at least +- 65 and these 14 dedicated, fearless students are setting the pace that the rest of our clients and we need to follow and they are demonstrating proudly and confidently that their health and their fitness is and always will be bulletproof as long as they stay active and grounded mentally, physically and above all emotionally.
We can all learn from their leadership because you don’t get to look that good at that age without discipline and knowledge now do you?!
We at Proactive Fitness salute our many dedicated and loyal clients, without whom we would not exist.
Please continue doing exactly what you are doing as it’s making a huge and positive difference in all of our lives at a time when we most need it.
