Fitness Festival - 31 October 2020
MK and I will be interviewed on-air on Whale Coast radio sometime soon and just before MK’s Fitness Festival event in order to join our combined fitness energy and experience as make community leaders in the drive against GBV and to show other local men what it really means to act like “gentlemen” and to give everyone a better idea of what men’s health genuinely entails when it comes to the way that we need to train, the way that we must eat and more importantly the way that we should all conduct ourselves in the gym and in society in general.
