Ages: 10 - 14

Price: R500 per month

Children will learn a variety of training disciplines.

From calisthenics and basics of weight training to strength and conditioning.

Specially designed to develop kids strength, fitness, endurance, agility and flexibility.

Under the instruction of two qualified personal trainers.
