We definitely “EMPOWEREDU” @ Proactive Fitness during yesterday’s Women’s Day celebration!
A BIG thank you to the many enthusiastic women who made the effort to turn up with their A-game and who took part in our many fun packed activities and a massive thanks to all of our amazing in-house women who planned, taught classes and who presented at our workshops. Thanks also to Schalk @ the Arena for allowing us to use that amazing space to present our fitness classes in when the rain came down around 9 am. Nothing could dampen our spirits and judging by all the laughter and excitement it really was a great success and the day will be remembered for only positive, upbeat and happy memories.
