Chair Pilates at PROactive Fitness is starting again!
First Offical Local WSF Strongman Event: “Origins of Strength”
Congratulations to our 3 PROactive strong men!
Saturday saw our Arena instructors: Schalk, Nic and Emmanuel, competing at the FIRST OFFICIAL local WSF strongman event: “Origins of Strength”.
Training at PROactive Fitness Hermanus and in the Arena, our 3 men took 4 podium spots in total, including the day’s overall winner (Schalk)!
All the local gyms were invited but ultimately only 7 athletes competed out of three gyms from: PROactive Fitness Hermanus, Powerhouse Gym and Organic Fitness.
Well done to each athlete, as well as their respective gyms, for bringing their tough competition to what was definitely a very enjoyable, albeit an extremely tough day.
