The PROactive Fitness Hermanus team is proud to report that the Springbok Rugby Team used the gym as their home base for strength and training sessions this week.
Working Together As A Team To Make It Happen
The PROactive Fitness Hermanus team pulled out all the stops as loyal clients and the South African rugby stars trained alongside each other. The training sessions ran smoothly, and it was business as usual for everyone training in the gym. This success had a lot to do with the amazing support from tenants and professional service from front-of-house, cleaning and gym floor staff.

Personal Message From The Bokke
A special word of thanks, from Bok coach JJ Fredericks and team captain Siya Kolisi, goes to everyone at the high school and PROactive Fitness who made them feel so welcome. The guy’s assured Mathew that they will be back again in the not-too-distant future to experience more of Hermanus's warmth, spirit and support.
