Springbok Rugby Players Train At PROactive Fitness Hermanus

The PROactive Fitness Hermanus team is proud to report that the Springbok Rugby Team used the gym as their home base for strength and training sessions this week. 

Working Together As A Team To Make It Happen

The PROactive Fitness Hermanus team pulled out all the stops as loyal clients and the South African rugby stars trained alongside each other. The training sessions ran smoothly, and it was business as usual for everyone training in the gym. This success had a lot to do with the amazing support from tenants and professional service from front-of-house, cleaning and gym floor staff.
