2024 Highlights and Exciting Plans for 2025

As we step into a brand-new year, we want to extend our heartfelt gratitude to our incredible staff, tenants, and loyal members for making 2024 such a resounding success. Your support fuels our growth and inspires us to reinvest in our facilities, ensuring we remain the go-to fitness destination in the Overberg. Here's what we achieved in 2024 and what lies ahead in 2025:

2024 Highlights:

• Installed a 16KVA diesel generator and a solar inverter system for seamless power backup.

• Added 5 adjustable exercise benches, renovated older ones, and introduced 300kg of Olympic weight plates, 4 new Olympic bars, and a custom squat rack/rig.

• Welcomed 2 new Assault Bikes and 100 sqm of Tatami mats for our Karate Dojo.

New businesses flourished:

• Jambo Core Fitness (led by Emmanuel Jambo) grew into a powerhouse of passion and dedication.

• Innovate Fitness (led by Hanru Sauls) introduced innovative training methods and equipment, setting new coaching standards.

Our in-house tenants - Wilson Schneider Biokineticists, Fit Café, Revive Recovery Centre, and our dynamic personal trainers - achieved remarkable results, elevating the fitness and wellness of our community.

2025 Plans and Goals: 

• Precious Jambo has officially joined the RealRyder stage, bringing his unique charm and energy to cycling classes. Precious and Bea are also pursuing their personal trainer qualifications.

• Sauna upgrades are on the way! Expect new spruce wooden benches, Finnish Harvia Glow Corner heating, and a refreshed sauna experience starting early February.

• Four new Benchmark commercial-grade treadmills will be installed in February to replace our older models, ensuring a smoother, more reliable workout experience.
