Surviving the Narcissist

There comes a moment after leaving a narcissistically abusive relationship when you realise something unexpected.

The relationship has ended, yet your body still lives as if it has not.

You may find yourself constantly alert.

Your mind might be calmer, yet your body reacts with anxiety, tension or fear.

A tone of voice, a look, or a situation may trigger a response you cannot logically explain.

You know you are no longer in the relationship, yet your nervous system is still protecting you.

This is where many survivors feel confused and sometimes even frustrated with themselves.

But this is not weakness.

It is the body remembering how to survive.

The clients who find their way to Sue Leppan Transformation Coach are often thoughtful, intelligent, capable people who have endured emotional manipulation, criticism, control, and self-doubt for far too long. Many of them have already done some emotional or psychological work. They understand what happened.

Yet something inside still feels unsettled.

They want more than survival.

They want to feel safe again in their own body.

Working with Sue Leppan Transformation Coach, focuses on helping survivors reconnect with themselves, mentally, emotionally, and within the nervous system that learned to live in constant vigilance.

Through compassionate guidance, insight, and practical tools, survivors begin to:

• Understand how their nervous system has been conditioned

• Release survival patterns stored in the body

• Rebuild a deep sense of internal safety

• Restore self-trust and emotional strength

• Rediscover peace, joy, and personal power

Healing does not mean returning to who you were before the relationship.

It means becoming stronger, clearer, and more aligned with the person you were always meant to be.

There is life after narcissistic abuse.

A life where your body can relax.

Where your mind can be calm.

Where your heart can open again to joy, love, and possibility.

If you are ready to move beyond survival and begin rebuilding that life, know that you do not have to do it alone.

Your journey back to yourself can begin with one conversation.

Free of charge with no expectations.
