Empowerment Through Commitment

To try already implies that you will not give your best. It says you will attempt to do something. The amount of effort you will apply depends on the limiting narrative you entertain in your thought process. Your actions will follow the thought, and your outcome will be a direct result of the thought and action.

If you are not ready for the growth that may result from this experience, then rather say no thank you and move along. Make a choice and rather move forward confidently in the knowledge that you made a choice than to set yourself up for failure and a breakdown in your confidence.

We often say “I will try” because in our hearts we know this is not for us. This results in us feeling that we are being pulled in too many directions, many of them we never even intended to venture on. Be honest with yourself rather than to half-heartedly entertain an idea.

Commit to your life fully with eagerness, with joy, and be open to the opportunities that may show. Show up for yourself every day. Stay committed to yourself and your goals. Let go of what does not serve you or is not in line with your dreams. Say “YES” when you are sure and say “NO” when it is no, and jump when the opportunity excites you. Commit to your future.
