Be aware of the value you assign to yourself

Many struggle to understand why they lose out on a desired position. They wonder why random people act rudely to them.

You know in your heart that you are qualified for a position. You know that you are loving and caring. You know that you deserve the best.

However most people are very critical of themselves. With beliefs like I am not good enough, and I suppose they won't look at my application, or another dream to pass me by, you are not matching the value of the image you are selling to the world. This leads to people being viewed as inauthentic, not truthful, and generally less than they appear.

Our inner voice determines our actions. No matter how much you think you are of value, if you speak against yourself, your share price drops. It is important to match your inner voice with your outer image if you want the best outcome.

Who do you think you are? Is your inner voice confirming that? Are you ready to match the two?
