Struggle is the human-designed pre-requisite for personal growth. Our fear of change, calls on the ego to step in and become the protector. No matter the cost.

The moment we struggle in our life, resistance is not far behind. The truth is that there is usually an alternative route waiting for us to discover, except that we refuse to climb out of the comfort of the status quo. Nothing changes here, it all stays the same. The destructive default behaviour is what causes the struggle.

Struggle is a personal choice of refusal to allow for different to enrich our experience.
