Enter your team of 2 - 4 people.
• Any size traditional cast iron potjie can be used
• All preparation must take place on the day at TSC
• One of the team members must always be present at the stand
• Team must provide all equipment, cooking utensils, ingredients, braai stand, firewood/coals and gazebo or shade covers
Judging will take place at 16h30, with points awarded for:
• Overall Best Potjie (Main Dish)
• Overall Best Side Dish
• Best Potbread Potjie
• Best Team Spirit/Gees
• Best Dressed Team
