It's a weekend of award-winning local wines, amazing food whipped up in our Fig Tree restaurant kitchen headed by Chef Marcia, the sublime sounds of two special performances by jazz duo ‘Hanna and Bram’ on Friday evening, and the world-class ensemble Whale Time Serenade with celebrated musicians Malané Hofmeyr-Burger on flute, Peta-Ann Holdcroft on cello, Irina Tsoniff and Ivo Ivanov on violin, and Vladimir Ivanov on viola AND of course, world-class whale watching from the pristine dunes of Koppie Alleen.

Friday, 15 October 2021
• 4pm: Nature Drive with delicious canapés and drinks (R375 per person/kids 12/under half price)
• 6pm: Wine Tasting with Sijnn Wines in Fig Tree Restaurant
• 7pm: Gourmet Dinner with suggested Wine pairing by Sijnn Wines and Musical Evening with the jazz duo “Hanna and Bram” in Fig Tree Restaurant

• 8am: Guided Bird Walk along the Vlei (R175 per person kids 12 and under half price)
• 8 - 10:30am: Breakfast
• 10am: Chocolate-making Workshop with Richard von Geusau (R100 per person - children 12 and under R50)
• 11am - 3pm: Wine, Beer, Gin and Cheese Tasting - enjoy a selection of wines and cheeses from the local wineries and cheese farms
• 11:30 - 2:30pm: Pizza Workshop - learn to make your own dough and create your own pizza R120 per person - children 12 and under R60)
• 3pm: High Tea Cloete Room
• 3.30pm: ‘Finding Old Fourlegs: The Remarkable Story of the Coelacanth’ with Professor Mike Bruton
