Cost: R650

Carpe Diem invites you to attend our Oyster Mushroom Beginner Cultivation Course.

All supplies will be provided. You will take home a 2.1kg bag you put together yourself, an e-book with information to help you on your future journey, and our support at all times.

The course duration is 2 - 3 hours at R650 per attendee. All fees are payable 4 days before the course date to enable us to prepare enough supplies.

Includes a gluten-free pie and coffee.

Oyster mushrooms are a popular type of mushroom linked to several health benefits. In addition to being highly nutritious, they may promote heart and immune system health, encourage healthy blood sugar control, and provide antioxidant and anti-inflammatory effects.
