The majority of Pringle Bay and Rooi Els business is centred on accommodation for holidaymakers. However, there is a small commercial area in the middle of Pringle Bay that provides all of the day-to-day requirements of the locals, and a little bit extra.
In terms of the entertainment sector of Pringle Bay there are several restaurants and bars. These spots are mostly found in the centre of the village and are frequented by locals and tourists alike. For medical situations, there is a doctor based in Betty’s Bay and a full medical centre in Kleinmond about 25 minutes away.
The area may be small and is set to stay that way, however, there is actually a wide range of businesses between Pringle Bay and Rooi Els to meet most of your basic needs.
