With delight, we congratulate you on the great news - The Giant Periwinkle Blanc Fumé 2019 achieved Top 10 status in the Prescient Sauvignon Blanc Report 2020 - Wooded.
This year’s Sauvignon Blanc Report convened by Winemag.co.za and sponsored by multinational financial services company Prescient is being released sequentially. There were 115 entries in total and these were tasted blind (labels out of sight) by a three-person panel, scoring done according to the 100-point quality scale. Sauvignon Blanc-Semillon blends have been the focus of an annual report as generated by the Winemag.co.za team since 2013, Wooded Sauvignon Blanc subsequently included in 2017 and for the first time this year, Unwooded Sauvignon Blanc.
