Savoury cheesecake with smoked salmon trout and pear copenata, with a cranberry dressing
Crisp garlic bruschetta topped with pan fried chicken livers in a chilli and rosemary jus, with a touch of cream, green peppercorn and brandy
Slithers of duck breast and vegetables julienne in samosa pastry, served with tomato and chili jam with caramelized fragrant red cabbage and poached pears
Beef fillet combined with marinated cherry tomatoes, wild mushroom topped with creamy Gorgonzola and surrounded by a peppercorn and shallot jus
Baked crème brulee flavoured with ginger and lavender, with tuile biscuit and caramelized almond brittle
Mascarpone and blue cheese parfait, served with fresh preserved fruit in season
