Relaxing Botrivier

It's mid-summer and getting hotter every day! Guests come to the farm to get away from wretched COVID and city life. Fresh country air and sunshine help to rejuvenate and relax our soul and our bodies. Swimming in the river is cool and refreshing. Unfortunately the plunge pool at Top Cottage is out of order and won't be repaired. We have decided it's too deep for children and too narrow for adults. The only swimming pool is at Swaynehuis, the 4-bedroom farmhouse, but this is for the private use of guests who have booked it. Cottage guests are welcome to enjoy the lapa next to Top Cottage, swim in the river or take a drive to the back of the farm and enjoy beautiful views of the valley and catch a glimpse of the giraffe next door and our own beloved zebra and eland.
