Dr James Blignaut will talk about how restoring degraded ecosystems is not only good for nature but also makes economic sense. His work includes conservation, regenerative agriculture, and fighting invasive alien plants.
Dr Blignaut has published over 130 academic papers, worked across Africa and India, and is linked to Stellenbosch University and SAEON. He’s also the founder of ReStory and director of ASSET Research and Beatus.
