What are you telling yourself?

Fear and doubt can become the overriding emotions - leading to:

• Over-controlling
• Distrust
• Constantly preparing for the worst

And the more you reinforce these stories, the more evidence your mind will find to support them.

To change your outcomes, you need to change the stories you tell yourself about yourself.
