Thank you Sarah and Kos for the most amazing beach ride! We have been on many outrides, Franshoek, Kommetjie, Knysna, Plettenberg Bay, absolutely none touch the ride we had with you we had at Pearly Beach. You matched the horses perfectly to suit us. The crowning glory was when I received the photo's Kos took along the ride, no need for me to juggle reins and cell phone to try and capture a scenic shot, I got the photo with ME in it! We will definitely return for the wine tasting trail as well as the mountainous trail I heard you mention.
We have done already several beach ride in the Western Cape and I have to say yours is the only real beach ride!!!!
Most of the time you spend out of 2 hours riding only 10 Minutes at the beach, but with you we were riding 3,5 hours and we spend at least 3 hours at the beach. The time at the beach was amazing, we could let the horses run, we could enjoy watching them having their break, rooming free and rolling in the sand, you took us for a swim in the ocean which was the most amazing feeling ever!
During the whole outride we had company from someone walking with us to watch the novice riders and from your husband taking the most amazing pictures with a camera and with the drone! He also provided us with drinks and snacks during our break in the most far corner of the beach. Even after we went up and down and canter through the dunes everybody was kind of sad because we thought we are on the way back to the stables, but you surprised us with another canter through the waves. You said to us " as long as the horses, the riders and you are enjoying the ride you don't really have a look at the time". And I have to say your horses really enjoyed it and are in very good condition!
It also has to be said that you know the beach very well and are very strict with your safety instructions. The sand is tricky and I had bad experience with that before. I felt absolutely safe and realised quickly that you know what you do!! Thank you!!!
I'm absolutely impressed by that experience and can only recommend you as the ONE AND ONLY beach ride!!!!
So our search is over .... our beach rides will only be with you! We are coming back!!!
