Anger Brings an Opportunity of Discovery
There is a lesson to embody.
We often accept that we are tied to our anger, believing there is no escape. It becomes a life sentence we quietly face every day.
So we tell ourselves.
This is just who I am.
I have always been this way.
I am too old to change.
It runs in my family.
The world is hostile, and anger is the only thing that protects me.
But what if there is another possibility?
What if, just like the broken shell on the beach, there is still something within you that can hold water?
What if you are standing at the threshold of discovering a different kind of life - one where the sun can reach you again?
The belief that you cannot change is a belief.
The belief that you are too old to change is a belief.
The belief that you must repeat the anger of your family is a belief.
The belief that anger is your only protection is a belief.
Beliefs were created. Beliefs can change.
Yes, change is possible when you say yes to change.
Yes, change is possible when you let go of the habit of following the family pattern.
Yes, you can do it.
Your anger does not have to define the rest of your life. It can become an opportunity to discover what lies beneath it - the pain, the beliefs, the patterns, the vulnerabilities and, ultimately, the person you are becoming.
There is a lesson to learn.
There is a change to embody.
And there is a new life waiting.
The question is: Are you willing to say yes to discovering it?
