The Top Seal team is proud to show off the handiwork of its latest project which was at the Suideroord Tehuis in Bredasdorp. 

Top Seal Is Proud To Be Affiliated With Dulux

Top Seal worked together with leading paint manufacturer, Dulux and used Dulux products according to specifications to secure peace of mind for the client. A permanent foreman was on site at all times to make sure that the project ran smoothly in an agreed-upon turnaround time.

Only The Best Paint Products Used

The Top Seal team first cleaned and prepared the roof and outer walls of the home, and then gave them a fresh new look using Dulux paint products. After spraypainting the roof, a total re-decking of the building's outside walls and trimmings took place. New expansion joints were installed and then waterproofed with a polyurethane sealer.

Working Together As A Team

Each week throughout the project, Top Seal, Suideroord Tehuis and a Dulux representative had a meeting to align. Working as a team went a long way to achieving fantastic results.
