What is B.E.S.T. and how can it help you?

B.E.S.T. is the acronym for Bioenergetic Synchronization Technique. That is a mouth full. No need to run away, stick with me for a moment and I should be able to answer all your questions.

Who are the clients of a B.E.S.T. Practitioner?

Do you know, or perhaps it is you, someone who might be in a near-constant battle with stress, weight issues, aches and pains, and chronic illnesses? People who are searching for answers and solutions to finding vitality, healing, and balance in their life. If you or anyone you know answered yes to any of these ‘symptoms’, then B.E.S.T. is what you are searching for.

How does a B.E.S.T. Practitioner do that?

B.E.S.T. is a non-invasive and gentle healing system used to focus on your area of concern and to bring balance to the body. This will include the nervous, muscular, circulatory, digestive, and hormonal systems. Once a body's system moves out of balance a pattern of physical, emotional, and chemical symptoms are created. This could include illness and disease. The B.E.S.T. Practitioner is trained to assist you to bring your body system back to balance for optimal health and a healthy immune system.

How does the body go out of balance?

Think of your body as your smartphone. Before you continue reading, take your phone, and retrieve the screen that will show you all the apps that are open and running in the background. Well, your body system works in a very similar way. You are a spouse, a parent, and employee or an employer, you might be an entrepreneur, you are a child, a sibling, or a friend, and any other roles you might play daily. Just as with your smartphone, if you do not regularly “shut all your roles down” you run the risk of stress and fatigue as each one of these roles holds the potential for stress.

When one of your body systems goes into stress or is overtaxed, or unbalanced, other systems within the body must work harder to compensate for the system not fully functioning. This in turn results in the other systems exhaustion and imbalance. Sadly the “snowball” only gets bigger as other systems step in to assist, but the workload is just too much.

Body system exhaustion often manifests as muscle and joint pain, fatigue, digestive issues, hormonal imbalance, and emotional stress. These are only a few of the symptoms you might experience. Often at this stage, we will be diagnosed with a “condition” - e.g., Hypertension, Fibromyalgia, Chronic Fatigue, Stress, Diabetes, Headaches, Obesity, and a Lack of Clarity and Cognition.

How do you react when you have a body system out of balance?

Suddenly we need more coffee every day just to keep going, perhaps energy drinks. People smoke more or drink more to escape. Some people might start using medication more often for headaches or for that sore back or knee. Your system is run down so you get sick easily which results in you more often getting prescribed antibiotics. Ever heard of a stress eater - this is also a result of a body system that is imbalanced - weight now puts extra pressure on the system and your emotional stress is loading by the day.

It is a vicious downward spiral. Many of us try to “pull ourselves together” through pure willpower. How is that working for you?

With B.E.S.T. we aim to maximize the natural healing potential of your systemic intelligence. Once your body system is in balance, vibrant energy returns, the body can begin to heal itself, your immune system is stronger, and now you can begin the process of returning to your ideal, natural healthy self.

Any questions yet?

Let me ask you a few questions:

• Is there anything here that has interested you?

• If you have been diagnosed with a condition, are you worried about taking prescription medicine for the rest of your life?

• Are you too scared to get a diagnosis for fear of the outcome?

• Are you tired of being tired all the time?

• Have you had enough of your own short temper and wonder how people live with you?

• Do you have an ache somewhere in your body with no physical injury that could be the cause?

• Do you understand the consequences of long-term chronic medication side effects?

• Would you like to do more research before you accept your current position?

• Are you ready to take an active role in your healing?

The B.E.S.T. Practitioner

As a B.E.S.T. Practitioner, I will not diagnose your condition - that is for a medical professional to do. I will evaluate how your body is reacting to the stress or anxiety and together we will develop a new pattern of health and wellness.

As a practitioner, I specialize in prevention, wellness, and in stress management.

I work with my clients in partnership to prevent possible chronic illnesses and eventual medicinal dependency.

In General

Your body is a stimulus/response system. You are triggered by an external event and your body responds in a certain way. Constantly - every minute of every day, without you even being aware of it. Then one day, suddenly the system overloads. Now the system enters survival mode, and this causes stress.

It is important to recognize that there is something in your past that is having an impact on your “Response” today. Because the system is overloaded, it is difficult for you to do this analysis - you are still busy dealing with all the “apps” that you are running.

To get your attention, the body system will start showing symptoms. It really is an early warning system of bigger things that might happen should you not act now. Your body system runs on a priority bases - survival priority first and foremost. We all have heard stress is the biggest killer - your body system’s early warning system will “shut your body down” if it will ensure that you will listen and that you will survive. The system is dependent on you to take action.

Remember you must own it to fix it. It is important to find the pattern that is running and the resulting “response”. My goal is to find the pattern and to release the resulting stress and to increase the natural healing potential of your body system.

When your body system is in balance vibrant energy returns, your immune system switches on and your body’s natural systemic intelligence can assist you in your healing and your return to ideal, natural health.
