Embrace Change Everyday

No matter how destructive our old ways, the fear of change within is so great, that we will do near anything to avoid the change. We become the victim, we blame other people, we justify our actions, we become angry, sad, and the greatest of all - we avoid that which we intuitively know is the change we must make. We believe that we are protecting ourselves.

How does that protection work for you? Are you lonely? Are you feeling lost and empty? Are you walking around in fear and anger?

Whenever the opportunity appears to act differently and you feel the old familiar emotion kicking in, ask yourself what growth am I avoiding? Every moment is an opportunity to learn and grow. Our knee-jerk reactions keep us stuck in the desperate past. The old familiar past that is not working for us, but we know it.

Imagine you could let it go and become truly free to fly? Imagine you have the opportunity to live life free of any limitation - the only limitation we have is what we tell ourselves.

If you have the opportunity today, what will you let go of your past actions and give yourself the gift of walking into a new future?
