How A Transformation Coach Can Help Psychosomatic “Illnesses”

You are or you know of someone who have suffered from a stiff shoulder, a sore knee, tiredness, depression, and many other ailments that just cannot heal. Doctors have tried everything. You might opted for “alternative” options and this did not work. You just cannot rid yourself of this nagging pain or discomfort.

The word Psychosomatic indicates: a discomfort or illness that finds its origin in a mental factor, such as stress or inner conflict.

Yes, we do not want to hear: “it is just something in the head”, however, when there is no physical reason such as a malignant growth, a laceration, a sore, etc., then it is perhaps time to consider that there must be another reason for the illness.

We all have heard that stress kills. We accept the concept. But have you considered how that concept works?

When we place ourselves under continuous stress, we are telling the body system that there is a lion at the door. The body system has one priority and that is your survival - the body experiences a “shut down” of all unnecessary functions for the moment, like your immune system. Prolonged periods of stress will “pull even more” resources from the system to sustain life. It is during this time that the body “will tell you to do something”.

You are however not listening to the body, and you continue with loading stress levels. And where does the stress start? In the way you perceive your world and life. In the way you talk to yourself and about others. It is in the “stories” that you tell yourself that the stress is ignited.

Through the release of the results of the negative “stories” you will be able to delete the cause of your stress and release the chemical memory. Science shows that unresolved emotional trauma will eventually show up in our bodies as an illness.
