The "sky and glass ceiling" exists because we believe it does. Because of this belief, we will modify our behavior, install more limiting beliefs, and self-sabotage our own goals.

There was a time in your life when you didn't know about the limitations the world functions under, and you were an unstoppable superpower. Because we are social beings, we start to buy into the limitations of others. "Oh, that will never work" or "I know of someone who tried and..."

Before you focus on the "accepted perceived ceiling," ask yourself what you are telling yourself about this "ceiling"? Look at your actions and become clear on the beliefs that stimulate those actions. Identify the fear and doubt that set in every time you focus on the "ceiling."
