Overcoming Beliefs for Success

I witness on a daily basis how clients cling to their beliefs and integrate them into their personalities. Any belief rooted in fear can lead to emotional-action paralysis. Studies show that the mind can generalize and distort information according to our beliefs so that it can align with our subconscious programming. Often people hold onto beliefs formed in early childhood, which can become debilitating later in life.

It has always been a story you told yourself, reinforcing it through others' stories, until it became an unquestioned belief and habit.

You can be anything you want to be. You can dream as big as you want, and then dream even bigger, and achieve it. You can follow your greatest desires and live your best life. You can be anything you decide to be. At first, courage might start as a whisper in the form of discontent. Eventually, it will shout and propel you to your greatest heights. Courage is fueled by an internal knowing: "I can."
