Farm fresh milk gets collected daily from local farms in the area and then brought to Die Melkstal where it is pasteurised and sold to the public on-tap. Customers are kindly requested to bring their own bottles to the milk-filling station. 

Die Melkstal has other healthy goodies available for sale - freshly baked bread, thick and creamy yoghurt, tasty feta cheese, free-range eggs, fresh fruit, olives, honey, vegetables and wholesome products such as home-baked rusks.
