Understanding Your Beliefs

Limiting and negative beliefs stems from a decision taken in a moment of vulnerability. A fear of being hurt, not being good enough, a fear of failure, etc. We cannot remember all the circumstances - you might have had a fight with your best friend and were feeling sad, you might have had a headache, you might have lost a pet - it still remains a decision taken in a moment.

Today, the circumstances are no longer valid, but we continue with the belief, believing that it serves us. This is how we stay safe. It also means that we do not follow our dreams and remain stuck.

Find out what the reward is behind the limiting beliefs, let the belief go, replace it with an empowering belief, and take steps towards the amazing future awaiting you.

What fear does your biggest limiting beliefs serve? How does it prevent you from moving forward? Are you ready to let go and form a new belief?
