We often place all our focus solely on what we perceive as our reality, forgetting that we live in a world of endless opportunities and possibilities.
Yes, absolutely, we do experience difficult times, events, and issues that we find hard to deal with and manage. There are certainly things that go wrong, and at times, it feels like everything is hitting us from all sides. What do we do then? We make that problem/issue/event/situation everything in our universe. We believe that is the only way our life can be.
However, if we take a moment to observe, we'll realize how differently every person experiences life. While we may share certain aspects, what is a problem for you may not even register for another person. What feels like hell for someone else may not even be something you consider.
The "matter" is there to bring our focus to what we like and what we don't like. It surfaces the limiting beliefs we hold about ourselves and challenges us to go beyond our enforced limitations. It asks us to acknowledge our greatness and to explore something different in this vast expanse of possibility.
When you focus solely on the hardship of the problem, you remain stuck in the problem. But the moment you ask yourself how can this be different, how can I view this differently, what am I challenging about myself, you open the door and step through to opportunity and possibility.
