Become the Captain of your own ship!
If you are the captain of your ship, do you know what your destination is? Or do you get side tracked by all kinds of other "harbours" along the way?
It is easy for us to take our focus off our goal - social media, news, electronic games, the latest fashion/fad, etc. Keeping your focus on your goal does not mean life must be boring, it does however mean you must become selective.
Know what makes you excited. What will get you out of bed every morning ready to grab the day? Know what inspires you. It is only once we know our true motivation that we follow our true dreams. We shed the need to fit in and we become strong and vibrant. We no longer conform and we rise to heights we never knew existed.
You are the captain. Your dream is waiting. Will you find "safe" harbours because you are not motivated, or are you ready to look for the winds that will propel you forward?
Are you ready to follow your true dream? What will you do today to move towards that dream? And then every day after?
