11 Days to Christmas: Conference Call

What you must do:

- You have had your family meeting at home – be ready to speak up for your family.

- Let every member of the family pull on their strengths and take leadership on those.

- Leave the ego at the door – remember your intention for spending this time with the family.

- We know each person's weaknesses and strengths, so do not go out to push buttons and allow every person to shine.

Remember, you are planning to spend time with all these people; if you can start the journey with clarity, it is much easier to maintain it.
