We have become a people who live our individual lives, and then we expect each other to fall into a loving family, at most likely one of the most stressful times of the year. Often, we do not even know each other anymore.
Yes, through our shared memories, we build connection. Connection leads to tolerance. Tolerance leads to compassion, and all of this is anchored in love.
We must create what we want. You are not here on holiday with your family to fight and be stressed. You are here to experience love and joy and peace. You can only have that when you remember you are a family that shares special memories.
