Prominent Paints Ultra Shield for Coastal Homes

Prominent Paints Ultra Shield for Coastal Homes

Living near the coast? Your exterior walls need a little extra protection.

Salt in the air, wind and airborne dirt can quickly settle into textured exterior walls, leaving them looking dirty and tired after only a season or two.

That’s why Wilkoo Marketing Paint Distributors stocks Prominent Paints SA Ultra Shield, a great option for coastal exteriors. It gives you the textured look you want, with a sheen finish that makes it harder for salt and grime to cling to the surface. It also helps bridge cracks caused by natural movement in exterior walls.

A few tips to help your coastal exterior last longer:

• Wash walls down before repainting to remove salt deposits
• Make sure the surface is clean, sound and dry before painting
• Choose a coating suited to your coastal environment, not just one that looks good

Getting your home ready for summer? Give those exterior walls some attention before the holiday season starts.
