Have you ever said to yourself: I sound just like my father/mother? Do you repeat beliefs/stories from your school days, town, or social circle, without any thoughts as to why they started?

We make decisions in a moment because of whatever circumstances are relevant at that moment. You might hold beliefs from your great-grandmother who lived 100 years ago. You might remember events and the consequences from actions taken at school. You are now 20, 30, 50 years out of school - you no longer have that limited knowledge or experience.

Visit your every belief and ask: Where does it come from? Why am I holding onto it? How does it serve me? Does it allow for personal growth?
