You Are Enough

When we believe that we are not good enough, therefore we believe that we "fall short" and we are not, for example, worthy of being loved, we invariably proceed with an image that we think might be acceptable to the person of our interests.

Only you can decide that you are not worthy, beautiful, loving, caring, funny, happy, and overall GOOD ENOUGH. When we change the way we dress, talk, eat, etc., so that we may be accepted, we are denying our true self, and we are no longer honest or authentic.

The moment you question your value in relation to another person's perception of you, that person has no place in your life. It is not for you to change to make yourself acceptable.

Your self-love is paramount in these situations. You are unique and special. You can only fulfill your true role if you are authentic. You are amazing and valued. Please be true to your core.

Name one thing you will love about yourself today and go out and experience that. Live it. Feel it. Be it.
