Remove Yourself From Frustrating Situations

Once frustration sets in, we believe that we should fight and struggle harder. Keep going. The reality is that often the noose tightens and we add anger, resentment, and fear to the situation.

From personal experience I have found that removing myself, even for just 5 minutes, from the situation, answers will appear. Sometimes it is as though the noose dissolves by itself, completely.

It is because of our entrained limiting beliefs that we refuse to allow for other actions towards a desired outcome. We stubbornly insist on using the path of old resistance.

By stepping back, you withdraw all the limitations you bring. You allow for calm to flow in for even a minute and you allow for "thinking outside the box" to find a footing.

Your resistance becomes a hindrance in your opportunity for growth. Your insistence on your personal limitations becomes a block for greatness to flow.

Be willing to step back. Take a breath. Have a glass of water, take another deep breath, let your upper body and head "hang" down and hear your breath. Once you are calm, you can hear new options or solutions.

Can you allow yourself to take a breather today?
