Join Sue on Wednesday, 15th November 2023, from 10:00 to 12:30 at The Marine Hotel, Main Road, Hermanus for an informative talk. Demystifying what Chakras/Energy Centers are and how to use them to gain balance and health in your life.

We will be looking from a Western scientific perspective at a 3000+ year-old Eastern philosophy and practice.
