Why Your Most Important Relationship Is the One With Yourself

The most important relationship you will ever cultivate is the relationship with yourself. Be sure to make it one of love and support.

You are the battery, the information, and operating source of your world.

Imagine your internal talk being criticism, emotional judgement, and low self-belief.

Yet, when you walk out the door you are always accommodating, caring, and patient.

Imagine for a second what it implies. What does it say about you?

What happens is that we think we are less. We are not good enough. We are not worthy of love, care, or compassion.

But more importantly, it says that I am so “BAD” that I do not deserve love, compassion, and kindness.

And every morning we walk out our into the world and we believe we must work for everything, because I am not good enough or worthy to deserve the best.

We reject and abandon ourselves unconsciously.

Start today and apply to yourself that what you give freely to world out there.

The relationships, the love, the compassion, and the recognition that you so strive to earn from strangers, can be fulfilled by you.

It is the “pour from a full tea pot” or “give yourself oxygen first in case of an emergency”.

Well this is an emergency, calling on you to fill your teapot with love, peace, joy, happiness, kindness, and care.

It all starts with you.
