As Above, So Below. As Within, So Without

Take a moment and consider: As above, so below. As within, so without.

So often we hear valued and true words, we might even repeat them from time to time, without ever taking a moment to contemplate the true meaning of the words.

It is our belief system that creates the world we live within. Have you ever wondered why some things in your life seem like a mountain to cross without shoes, while another person floats through the moment? Or perhaps why other people fuss about something and you have not even noticed it?

The answer is in your belief construction. Your internal conversation will be reflected in your life. You will either encounter the mountain, or you will be on the dance floor of life, depending on what you tell yourself. As within, so without.

It is our responsibility to look at our life, what are the areas where we struggle the most, become aware of the stories you tell yourself about the situation, take ownership of your belief, and then go out and change that belief.

Become aware of your narrative the moment you speak it. Stop. Delete. Now fill the space with empowering beliefs. Become conscious of your stories as they happen, and make the change in that second. Become the cause of the effect you want to experience - achieve within to change without.

What is your greatest limitation today? For today, will you become conscious of the story every time it shows up?
