Your Worst Enemy Is Yourself

I think it is funny when people say: "To be honest." I wonder: are you then not honest other times? So, please be honest with yourself.

Who or what is your number 1 enemy?

What is that old story you repeatedly tell yourself? You know the, "I am not good enough," or "I am alone, nobody stands up for me," or what about "I am too difficult, I will never find love?"

What is the emotion that accompanies the emotion? Fear, rejection, anger, doubt, or any of the other emotions we experience.

Can you be honest and admit that you are likely your number 1 enemy? You stop even before you start because of the limiting beliefs you have formed and/or the dreadful emotion that kicks in.

Identify the "enemy," own the "problem," and now you have something to work on.

Will you turn your "enemy" into your superpower?
